Wow, this place is absolutely incredible! The 2 and 3 Bedroom homes are not only spacious, but they are also breathtakingly beautiful! We've visited several places, but after touring this one, Leo and their team have become our top choice as the move-in date approaches. They have done an outstanding job! Great work, Leo Team!

A beautiful community. A tad expensive with all their add on like HOA and a monthly fee for a pet. Most places charge a one time fee for pets. I chose not to move there for this reason. I suggest they add all this in the monthly rent and stop adding it on after they quote the rental price. It is misleading and gives the impression that you are getting the monthly rental fee at a reasonable price for the community. I almost fell for it until they added what I call, the hidden cost.

The complex is very nice and offers a lot of amenities. The houses are open floor plan so they are fairly spacious with a lot of storage space as well as your own fenced in patio. The appliances are all stainless steel and brand new plus there due to the number of windows the places are very well lit naturally. I have visited multiple different complexes during my search and this is by far one of the nicest for the price. Be sure to book in advance and get Kennedy Baker for your tour guide she was very sweet and seems to genuinely care about helping people find somewhere they can call/make their next home. She also is very knowledgeable about the complex, deals, etc. and will be happy to answer your questions as best as she can.
