Wattstopper/LeGrand are the absolute WORST for lighting controls. They don't respond to emails, they outsource their drawings and techs, and when you try to call the customer service agent(s) (Marissa S) has all calls going straight to voicemail. On top of that, all of her colleagues copied on the email conveniently don't respond, either, just the field tech that they outsourced and he obviously won't have any info. (2) weeks and ZERO responses from Marissa and she is well aware of how imperative this warranty replacement is to the project timeline.

I called the company. Asked for in-floor duct system. They sent their salesman Gary to meet with my customer’s engineering staff two months prior to the project commencement.
Their salesman said he would order all the materials we needed and that his WalkerDuct system would work. We received three different shipments of materials and they were incomplete and not usable. After 2 months of multiple phone calls and complaints we had to find a different solution with a different company. My customer was not happy having to have the floor cut open for two months without a solution.
I returned all of the materials to K/E Electric but the manufacturer is still charging for unusable materials and refusing to refund their money causing a lien to be placed on my customer’s property.
The President of the company and their customer service team have not returned any of my phone calls and their salesman has been lying to us.

This company is a piece of dung and I will never use any of their products again. We will be suing them for breach of conduct.

Great company to work with and a great line of products. Customer service is very good and the sales team is fantastic. You can trust this company to always deliver a quality product and even many years, after a product is out of warranty, they still do the right thing.
