One thing I think is pretty amazing is how popular Legos are and I never put these together much as a kid but I do think it is really amazing that this is one of the things that has thrived for many generations and I think it's so awesome that there's such a big following for Legos and people collect them❤️👍

Why would you book 30 trucks picking up and delivering at the same time on a thursday? This place got slammed, no room to park, barely any staff to unload and you book 30 different trucks. Management has to be looked at because honestly, not doing such a good job.

LEGO is noted as a reputable company however they lack empathy and community caring. I encountered a little who lost his father, suddenly, and the only thing that is helping him process this unfathomable event are his lego toys. I reached out to Lego's headquarters, in Enfield CT, in hopes to get little K a tour or something to lift his spirits and no response. I reached out directly to customer relations, media direct and human resources for any direction and no follow up or responses. It extremely sad that Lego had lost its empathy and doesn't care for its immediate community.

Lego Customer Service is Pure Evil.
Lego retaliated and Discriminated against me by blocking me for 3 Legitimate Complaints!

They even apologized for their mistakes! They promised to replace the Damaged Delorean they sent me, when I put in the request and followed Headquarters instructions.They blocked me as A Customer.

Complaints are on My Delorean Order

Headquarters approved the replacement only to have it canceled when placed!

Next Complaints
My Father ordered Me and My Son Lego for our Birthday Presents. My Son already had the set his Grandfather sent via Lego as a Gift Purchase. Lego provided no proof of Purchase! No Gift Receipt, No Order Slip, No Packing Slip.
I contacted Lego and they would not and refused to exchange it. A month Later a SuperVisor Emailed me admitting they should have offered an Exchange for an Lego egift card!

My other Complaint was on an order that was delayed for no reason during VIP Double Points week. Order was placed before High Demand. No delay warnings in Cart. They provide those Warnings when they're behind or in High Demand. This did not Occur. Terms of the Sale said 2-4 days for processing and to be shipped. Order was Placed October9, 2022. Didn't Ship until I left a bad review that Lego would not post! It Shipedwith in 4 hours of my review!

Lego has refused to follow its company Policy which states that Customers are to Call Customer Service with Complaints. A Customer Representative will work with a Customer to Satisfy them! Thats a Big Fat Lie and False Advertisement.

So after placing my Delorean Replacement Order, following the Directions of Lego Headquarters.
Lego Blocked me as A Customer. I've been a Lego Customer for 35 years. Never had an issue until the Summer of 2022.

Lego refuses to replace Damaged Products, They Discriminate for negative reviews, Negative Feedback. They say they take pride in Customer Feedback, Thats a Fat Lie. They only appreciate positive feedback. They can't handle negative Feedback.

Buy at your own risk. I do not recommend anyone to buy Lego. There are at least another 100 Building Block Companies out there. Lego could care less about dedicated Customer of 35 years.

Lego Sucks!

Have photos to prove complaints, recorded phone calls with Lego which may be Subpoena.

Really nice property; went for a tour. There are huge lego bricks set up out front (like the ones from "honey I shrunk the kids" that we went on. The kids lived it. I'm not sure if the oversized lego bricks are for climbing but if you have the chance, I suggest you do so and grab a picture.

Ive been building lego since i was 3 and still am at age 15 and now that i found this im very happy cause its been my dream to meet a bunch of lego engineers and someday ill be one too soo yeah im just happy.

Google or Lego need to update the information here. I don't know if this did have a shop at some point, but I drove by today and it looks like just the corporate campus. Hours supplied by Google are very wrong, I tried calling and they were very closed at 2pm on Saturday. My son was very disappointed and I will be taking a long drive to the westfarms mall tomorrow to an actual Lego store to make up for it.
