I was welcomed warmly to the Cookbook Club, as a new member. Andrea is the librarian that conducts the club. These ladies (and one gentleman) are talented and adventurous cooks and bakers and I'm excited to be part of the group. They have been meeting for many, many years (the number varies depending on who you ask.)
This week they chose recipes from the "Flour" and other cookbooks by Joanne Chang. Some brought 2 or 3 contributions! Every single one was delicious. They share their experience making these new recipes and that was my favorite part (after sampling, of course!)
