First time ordering Leaf Only after ordering from a competititor for years who priced me out of buying their leaf. My package was in a large box, each type of leaf individually bagged. Proper paperwork on the box for customs to Canada. The Leaf looks and smells great. I got some low grade leaf with low expectations because the price is so low and it's really good, very similar to regular but leaves are folded or have holes, absolutely useable for making cigarettes and the price is ridiculously low. You have a new repeat customer. Congratulations on making this experience absolutely 100% top notch.

I moved from commercial tobacco (American Spirit) to rolling my own with Leaf Only's Virginia flue cured whole leaf tobacco, and now I'm hooked. The quality is always stellar. Not only does the product keep me coming back, but also the exceptional customer service. If I have any questions, a quick call to their knowledgeable staff will get it answered right away. One improvement to make would be the turnaround time for shipping products, but I've learned to order two weeks in advance, and thus this place still deserves 5 stars. Thanks Leaf Only!

I've ordered from leaf only for years and over that time their product and customer service has diminish greatly. I ordered 2 lbs from then and out of the 70 leaves I received, only 30 where viable. the greater majority of the damage being holes large enough to fit my hand through.

I contacted them about the issue, sent pictures, explaining clearly what was wrong and each time MONIQUE would act confused as if they weren't able to comprehend the scenario. then would proceed to push the goal post back by saying they needed photo evidence of each individual leaf. I compiled, though it took some time to take the pictures and upload them to a file share, I got it done. then suddenly, communication stops completely. I sent 5 emails to MONIQUE AT LEAH ONLY and none of them were NEVER replied to or returned as undelivered.

I filed a claim with BBB and rather than try to resolve they issue, MONIQUE made claims that they didn't receive the emails. I sent screenshots of the emails, proving without a doubt they'd been sent I even went as far as to resend them after they claimed they weren't recieved and still no response. even after all that LEAF ONLY STILL HAS NOT REPLACED MY ORDER OR REIMBURSED ME.

LEAF ONLY DOESN'T VALUE ITS CUSTOMERS AND LACKS BUSINESS INTEGRITY!

I won’t EVER do business with these people again they’re lack of concern for they’re customers bought me to this decision I’ve asked if someone can reach out to me do to issues I had with my last 2 orders they kept telling me that someone will reach out to me and then tried to insult my intelligence by assuring me that someone did respond via email “check your spam folder sir” I saw nothing from any representative of Leaf Only. I order at least twice a month from LeafOnly, and love it! Quick shipping, and great customer service! Had a minor issue with a couple of the leafs in the last order and gave them a heads up, they were very accommodating, and even sent a handwritten note with their apologies! Definitely a great business to get your leafs from!

If I could leave a zero star review I would, I ordered whole leaf organic tobacco from this company and once the product was shipped I received an email that stated it should contain 30% mold/ mineral deposits and that it was normal. First of all no where on they're website or product description mentions this !! I emailed them back asking if they sent this email to me, they claimed they had no record of the emai and that they have a lot of resources on their website and apologized if I missed reading this information !! When I did receive the tobacco it was very moldy and makes your hands sting from the spores. If you look for unboxing videos even from customers the leaves are clean and quality !!
