I havent tried their product yet. I just bought it. But when i called to get info, Stephanie was extremely helpfull, even when i told her i would be there 10 mins before they closed she said she would wait For me. Well traffic was horrible it took me 40 mins after they closed, she waited. Then after i drove off 20 mins later i realized that i need more items. I called to see if she was still there and bam she was, she waited again for me. I truly hope your products are as good as customer service. GOOD Job Stephanie.

I don't think I've ever had such a horrible experience trying to buy a product from a company like I've had with LBI. Here is my experience from an email I sent to them, also unanswered

Hello,
I was extremely upset at my attempt to buy some products from you and want to let you know my experience.

First, when I call, the phone is picked up about 1/3 of the time. I have come to expect that as normal for your company.

Matter of fact, here is the details of my phone calls for last week:
12/23 3:03 pm (no pickup all day, left vm that was unanswered)
12/28 10:33 am (picked up by woman and talked briefly about products but she was not equipped to answer specific questions)
1/2 8:04 am (no pickup, left vm that was unanswered)
1/2 10:19 am (no pickup)
1/3 9:29 am (no pickup)
1/3 10:21 am (finally, pick up! Confirmed with lady on phone that you had supplies in stock and she mentioned she would place them on side for pickup same week. I confirmed I would be driving an hour and a half so to please put them on side for me)
1/6 2:00 pm (no pickup)
1/6 2:15 pm (picked up and confirmed that someone was there as I was on my way to pick up order)

Second, I had left a couple voicemails and both were left unanswered and I never got call backs.

Third, this past Friday, 1/6/17, I left work early and drove an hour and a half to pickup an order that was supposed to be put on the side by the lady I spoke to on the phone. She was shocked and surprised and said items were not in stock and that she thought I was referring to something else. I was very clear over the phone about what I needed.

LBI Fiberglass has chosen to deceive customers into thinking that they sell Nida Core. COMPOSITE ESSENTIAL MATERIALS purchased the Nida Core business from 3M in October 2013.
Carbon core and former dismissed employee Jack Lugus has taken files and information to make Carbon Core look like Nida Core.
LBI website says Jack had taken over Nida Core business. That is a LIE.
BEWARE. NONE of these products are NIDA CORE or 3M Structural Composites.
