Horrible experience with the delivery driver. They delivered it really late instead of the next day, like the plan was intended. It was thrown on the sidewalk in the pouring rain, and it landed in a puddle of water. It's not hard to take five seconds and lean it up against the door where it will be dry. The photo I attached is the one the driver took, and it actually shows the plastic package being thrown sideways to the door by the driver themselves. It's incredible how lazy people are. Based on other reviews, it's safe to say the lasership and ontrac can't be trusted with peoples packages or simple tasks.

First of all let me say the girl I spoke to on the phone of the facility was very helpful & kind. The driver however left my package in the complete wrong address across the street in the middle of the sidewalk & rain. So inappropriate & wrong. Will likely not be using this company again as they are incredibly disorganized. Thank you again to the worker who helped me I never would have found my package if not.

I saw all the 1 star reviews and was worried about this package being delivered, I have to say, it was extremely fast shipping and the delivery driver was very professional. Great experience for me.

Upon receiving a package from Walmart, I discovered evidence of tampering. The shipping label indicated that the box had been opened and tampered with, as suggested by the Walmart associate I spoke to. Notably, the package was labeled as containing 1/2 pound of goods, but it was found to be empty. This incident is not isolated, and I believe that the shipping company should conduct a thorough review of its hiring practices to prevent similar occurrences in the future. The shipping company is Lasership out of East Hartford ct.

Would give them a zero if that was an option. Package was left outside in pouring rain. There is covered porch about 20 feet away from where package was left!

This company is completely horrible!! Picked up my package on Nov 22nd with no there tracking info along the way. Repeatedly kept checking the tracking and nothing. Then I get an email saying the package was delivered to my door at 11:30pm, by the way who delivers packages at 11:30pm?!? And NO package. Can’t call anyone because there is no number to call. Looked them up online and they are investigating themselves for an overwhelming complaints of loss packages and employees stealing them and saying they’ve been delivered!!! I don’t know why companies choose to use this shipping service but I would get rid of them asap. Completely disgusted !!!!

Originally I would’ve rated Lasership as low as possible because my first order through them was stolen and customer service is zero help. Last year there was a driver in our area and he was EXCELLENT. He was friendly, delivered all our packages early and never threw them. I contacted the company to let them know how great he was. I don’t know what happened to him and I’m sad he doesn’t deliver in our neighborhood anymore but even though we have different drivers all the time I’ve had several packages delivered through them without any issues. Maybe they hired new people or started paying attention to the stealing or maybe the stuff I order just isn’t steal-worthy but I’m happy with how their service has been lately.

This is possibly the worst shipping company ever. If I could give them 0 stars I would. I had a package “delivered” by them and when I arrived home it was not there. I checked my ring camera to see if anyone came and no delivery driver came to my front step. It appeared as if the delivery driver avoided the ring camera and took the package back with them. If you get a package delivered by these people, please be on the look out for your delivery or try to resolve it where you can pick it up yourself because they steal packages. Believe the reviews!
