Food was good, just not our favorite Mexican restaurant. We order the Chicken Fajitas, 2 burritos, and the Chimichanga. I expected the Chimichanga to be crispier.

My wife was here with a friend and my wife asked me if I want her to bring some food home with her. This is exactly what I copied and pasted from their menu and texted my wife.

Street Tacos
Three tacos served on corn tortillas, with cilantro, onions, salsa picante, and avocado slices, with Spanish rice and refried beans.

No rice. And if they will do it, substitute avocado slices for guacamole but if they won’t avocado slices are fine.

So the above is what the menu says and the paragraph below I added.

So as you can see in the photo the 3 small tacos. It’s supposed to come with ‘salsa picante’ and I even made sure to ask for it as I am used to. Togo orders coming wrong.
So no salsa but there was Spanish rice. The guacamole was literally a fork full. That is my finger tip for reference.

This is called laziness. People used to working without thinking or caring. Maybe just caring to get home. This is what you get when you have no management and owners that don’t care.
I won’t be back.

While the food at La's Fajitas is undeniably good, the customer service—particularly the management—is shockingly unprofessional and downright rude. On a previous visit, my order was missing an item. The manager assured me that she would add my name to a "book" and promised a complimentary item on my next order. Fast forward to my most recent visit, I inquired about the promised item, and the same manager not only claimed she remembered us but blatantly denied ever offering us anything. Even more troubling, she refused to return my receipt when I requested it.

What made the situation worse was the fact that the waitstaff—who, by the way, were courteous and apologetic—acknowledged this pattern of behavior, saying, “She does this.” It’s incredibly disappointing that the staff feels the need to apologize for a manager's dishonesty and lack of integrity. The fact that this kind of behavior is known but tolerated speaks volumes about the way this establishment is run.

Great food can't make up for poor service, especially when the management seems determined to make customers feel disrespected. I won't be returning, and I encourage others to think twice before dining here. You can find plenty of places with great food *and* respectful, professional service.

The waitress mistakened 2 of our party as children, the food was god awful, we got charged the incorrect items (ordered a shredded beef taco, received a ground beef taco, got charged for shredded beef taco). Food was incredibly bland. We're definitely avoiding this place from now on.

Love their food and margaritas. Decent pricing. Staff is attentive. The atmosphere is worn but they are in the process of expanding to double their size. Hopefully, the old section will get a refresh also.

Avoid RUBI= rude!
We had a disappointing experience with our waiter, Rubi. She was unfriendly and rude, tossing the menus on the table and getting our order incorrect. When she delivered our food, she dropped the plates on the table with no grace. Her demeanor and attitude made us feel unwelcome. It seems that customer service may not be the best fit for her. I hope the owner gets rid of her, this is the third time she has a nasty attitude. On that note her red lipstick is distasteful & awful. We won’t be returning.

Very enjoyable meal and the waitress was fantastic! She took very good care over everything we wanted. The restaurant is off the beaten path but it is worth checking out.

There was a good amount of steak, but severely lacking on the beans and rice. You also get three taco shells.

Taste: 2/5
Overall, it was bland. The salsa provided was also lackluster.

Service: 1/5
Had to wait roughly 45 minutes to be seated. Once at the table, we were only checked on three times. Once to take our order, when the food was delivered, and when we were given the check. There were no extra napkins at the table or provided. They would leave the empty chip trays on the table, making it crowded. We wanted refills on our drinks, salsa, and chips, as well as extras for our orders, but had to wait until our food was delivered later.

*Note*
There's a black tarp along the whole side of the west wall in the restaurant that makes the interior of the building look a little sketchy.

Overall: 2/5

Final: I would be willing to give this place another try, maybe, but I don't live close, so I wouldn't go out of my way to visit again.
