No sign on the door, but this is it. Normally don’t care for Conn reds, but their Marquette is really nice. And for a sweet treat, I could slurp their blueberry-raspberry slushie all day! πŸ˜‹

Was helped by the 14th generation owner of this 1787 farm. A great assortment of fruity wines and traditional wines. Generous pours for the flight tasting.

Trust me IGNORE old or low ratings. This winery was amazing and well worth the drive. The wines are extremely dynamic and tasty. Variety allows something for everyone. The owner was personable and friendly and justifiably is proud of his work. He prides himself in local sourcing and really knows the land. The wines are an amazing value and we bought more there than any other winery in the past. We will be bring friends back in a couple weeks! This is an absolute DON'T MISS in CT and the Berkshire area!

Absolutely beautiful winery run by amazing people. They were so kind and wonderful, with super cheap tasting for 11 wines! We were also allowed to have pets (whom they brought a giant thing of water out for), and they let us stay after closing and chitchatted a bit with us while they worked the farm.

Truly and honestly a great experience and will go back.

This is hands down one of my favorite CT winery experiences! The wine is tasty, with great variety. I took my boyfriend (who is not very experienced with wine) here for an opportunity to try different wine varieties out. The owner was so kind and helpful, letting us try four different kinds! Also as we were leaving, I dropped my bottle of wine (I’m pretty clumsy...) The owner was so kind that he replaced it without me even asking!
Would highly recommend!!

I have come to Land of Nod twice in the past 3 years and plan to visit again this summer. The wine selection is good and should accommodate most people. The employees/owners are awesome, a tasting is a very pleasant experience. The tasting room is a bit small, so you'll just need to be patient as they can accommodate perhaps 10-12 people at a time if I remember correctly. I would come more often if it didn't take me 50 minutes to get there.

So much fun! Rick, the owner did our tasting with our group of 4. What a blast. He has so much knowledge of wine and local history. We could have stay there for hours. Ok, the wine and the tasting........ 11 tastes for $10. We almost needed a designated driver. He rinsed each glass after each taste. Then on certain wines he insisted we eat a piece of cheddar after it. After 1 desert wine he gave each of us a dark chocolate Hershey kiss. What a taste explosion. After the tasting we went down the road to see a historical area he told us about. It too was amazing. Thank you.

Awesome winery! We had the opportunity to sit outside and enjoy a few bottles of wine. They have about 10 different types of wines, a few whites, red and sweet. Most of the items they produce are grown onsite. Our favorite was the Pear wine, which was only $16 a bottle and tasted delicious! Small out of the way winery with excellent service and better wines to match. Bottle prices range from $16 to $26 and glasses from $7-$9. Flights for $30 - include your choice of four options.
