New location at Tyson .I Love Lady M. Went there so many times. Every time ordered different kind of the crepes. And I also try the Checkers cake it’s very good too, the cake is very soft. I love it. And they have the Japanese Royce chocolate

I ordered rose ice latte. I do NOT recommend it. It's all watery milk with a little sprinkle of rose petals. Wasted my money ($7). So disappointing.

The signature crepe cake was quite good, one of the best I've had. Very nice texture, perfect amount of sweetness for me (not overly sweet). I expect the price here to be higher due to its location in Tyson's galleria and the crepe cakes being more labor intensive, but I still thought the $11.50 price was too high for the portion size. Recommend if you are already in the mall and don't mind the higher price. Would probably pass otherwise.

Beautiful shop, gorgeous cakes. We tried the black and white checkered cake and it was delicious, fresh and perfectly textured and sweet. I ordered a latte. It was a bit bitter but acceptable. No gluten free options, though a couple of things appeared that they might be.

My complaint is with the service. First off, prices are listed for coffee but nothing else. I couldn’t believe it was $20 for a slice of cake and a latte. You have no idea how much anything costs, almost like they charge whatever they feel in the moment. The two girls seemed completely annoyed by our presence. It was such an odd exchange. You order at the counter, and then she commanded us to sit at a table. They bring the items to your table and then you awkwardly have to return to the register and wait in line again to pay. I do not understand the point in this. We won’t return.

The cashier is so rude. They didn't allow you to sit at the table if you choose to take out, but they didn't ask you if you are dining in or taking out when you order. Dine in and take out are charged differently. If they can do it more politely, it'll be more acceptable.
Also they don't have price on the label. The only time you know how much you'll pay is by the cashier.
I dined in before once with take out boxes and I was not kicked out that time. I don't know it's only this person or it's the whole store. Boston or New York Lady M don't treat people like this. Especially with a 12 dollars per slice cake, we deserve a better service.
I'm a huge fan of Lady M but won't come to this store again.

Disappointing Experience at the New Store – Customer Service Needs Serious Improvement

We were so excited about the opening of this new store and couldn’t wait to try their offerings. However, our experience was far from what we had hoped.

Firstly, the selection was extremely limited. Despite wanting a full small cake, the store barely had any flavors to choose from, which was already disappointing. Secondly, the staff was cold and dismissive, almost pretending not to understand us.

The situation escalated when I had to step out with our toddler, leaving my husband to continue with the purchase . Just five seconds after he left the store, I returned, apologized for the confusion, and politely requested a return since we wanted a full cake and not multiple slices. The staff, rather than showing any understanding, pretended not to comprehend my request and repeatedly pointed to a sign that stated “All cakes are final.”

While I completely understand the importance of store policies, context matters. The staff had witnessed the entire situation and could clearly see how challenging it can be for parents juggling children and purchases. I kindly asked for an exception given the circumstances, but instead of listening or showing any empathy, the two employees silently kept pointing at the sign, refusing to engage in any meaningful conversation.

The experience left us deeply disappointed and with a bitter taste—quite literally. The lack of flexibility, empathy, and basic customer service is likely why the store was surprisingly empty despite being newly opened.

Customer satisfaction should be a top priority, especially when trying to build a reputation with a new business. If this is the kind of service being offered, it’s no wonder people are staying away. I sincerely hope the management re-evaluates how they handle customer interactions moving forward.

I must say, I LOVE CREPE CAKES!

Have only had tried matcha crepe cakes from here before, but this time I tried the signature one too!
It was just the right amount of sweetness of the cream and layers of crepes. It was the perfect combination.

The store was very clean and the staff was nice and helpful. I can't wait to come back to try other flavors
