The staff here have been amazing to work with. When I was afraid if I was going to get my rent paid and have food for my babies and myself, LW was there for me. Still with the same company they hooked me up with and hoping to be full-time soon with the company! 🤞 And if not I know I'll always be able to get work thru them again if need be! - great staff and if I had a choice I would work there too because the people there are just so friendly!!

Lied & tried to not pay me for a job assignment. I would be contacted around noon to do work assignments that were located a great distance & work for only a couple of hours. I realized it was not worth the gas & time. They called me because I was reliable & had a vehicle. One day they called me to go to a jobsite in Golden CO & I was in Thorton. I did not want to go because it was far & probable only going to work for a couple of hours. STEPHANIE HERNANDEZ guaranteed me that it would be at least 5 hours & if it was not that I would be paid for 5 hours even if I work less time. It was only 3 hours & I only got paid for 3 hours. I threatened to file a wage complaint with the Colorado department of labor and eventually they paid me for 5 hours. They take advantage of poor people, lie & cheat. Report them to the labor department & they will be investigated. The labor department will publicly post employers that steal wages.

Can't give any sort of positive review as it's been steadily going downhill for the last 3 years with no improvement in site. Dispatching has been at best the worst aspect consistently for the last 3 years and still getting worse. As someone with 20+ years in a specific industry with a OSHA 10 and 30 year certifications and no injuries involving lost time, they knowingly send me out with people smoking meth. The fact that I've even stated several times that if I was to get injured, it would be one of two jobs that it would happen and I have been injured on both due to other's reckless actions, that should tell you everything you need to know. I wouldn't expect much to change as long as dispatching involves skipping the list which is supposed to be a "first come, first serve" basis to send out personal favorites.

I walked in and asked to fill out an application. Right away, the girl in green hair gives me attitude. I said a joke and got a bigger attitude.
I'm looking for work, not attitude from some girl with green hair...

Hell no. I just walked back to my car. I'm not going to let a Lil girl half my age given me an attitude every time I walk in.

Shout out to Nikki, Vince, and Sam…Thanks for helping me. You all are awesome. I must say though that these individuals are amazing and really put up with a lot of disrespectful people who don’t understand the entire scope of what it means to enter the workforce through staffing agencies. Yet they continue to show up everyday to help people find work. Thank you for serving our Westminster community!

Just wanted to let everyone know how awesome I found Labor Works, Westminster branch in particular. I have worked for them off and on the last 9 years. They have helped me out in many a dark times in my life. I started working for them when I was in JeffCo work release. They have been there for me when I was between jobs, and recently whenever I wanted to work on my days off. Very very flexible.

And over the past nine years I've had every mistake happen to me that you can imagine, but the Westminster office has always been very responsive and professional fixing any issues.

Also, I have worked out of all the Labor Works offices and Westminster holds a special place in my heart. They are hands down the most organized, professional, friendly, and just awesome group of lady's you could ask for.

This is an excellent place. The staff goes above and beyond to put their workers in a position to succeed. Plenty of work most of the time. Wages are paid promptly. I worked through this location for about a year. In that time, I only had one minor payment issue (my error in filling out my w4) which was resolved within fifteen minutes. They sent me to several jobs that would've hired me If I had been available full time. If you need daily work/daily pay, I highly recommend LaborWorks.
