They won’t stop deleting my reviews but I will keep coming back. Do not live here!!! They will show you a nice apartment and the minute you move in everything will fall apart and they won’t fix it, but you bet they’ll charge you for it. They withheld my mail from me. Terrible ladies with even worse attitudes. Also be ready for surprise bills after you moved out. They are truly the worst apartment complex I have ever lived in. Lived there for one horrible year. Save your money.

You get what you pay for. My buildings main staircase was down for well over six months, I’m sure it is still down. Their elevator is two years out of inspection. They attempt to get whatever they can from you after moving out so you basically get to pay an extra month rent instead of getting a deposit back. It’s cheaper than a lot of places and it shows. The appliances were updated maybe in the sixties? Shop around before you decide to live here. The only positive I can say is the guys who fix up issues are all very friendly and helpful.

You get what you pay for reviews of this place are an understatement. These are very bait and switch apartments too. Pictures and layouts that are shown to potential tenants are not what you get after signing lease (recommend looking at the actual apartment you are going to be leasing) Maintenance and leasing staff are impossible to get ahold of after you sign to a 1 year lease. Would not recommend this place to anyone looking to work at EB or Pfizer.

Actually a pretty good apartment complex. I have 2 friends that also now live here upon my recommendation and their apartments are somewhat comparable to mine, maybe a little more beat up - probably due to previous owners. Also their apts are not as renovated as mine, but I was never expecting this place to be super fancy and impeccably neat anyway. I've never had a problem with maintenance like the rest of the reviews say. They've always gotten someone out to me within a week for non-emergent requests, even while short-staffed due to COVID. The staff has always been friendly yet firm and communicates quickly, within hours even, to my emails. They do up-keep to the outside of the buildings and last year replaced the roof on some buildings. They tell us whenever people are coming out inspect decks, fire alarms, or doing things with the water. I've never seen so many available parking spaces for an apartment complex in my life - you'll have no trouble finding parking. They recently put new carpet in the elevator areas in my building, not sure about others. Sometimes the creakiness of the apt stairs makes me think I'll fall through while carrying heavy things. My mailbox key sucks, but that's my only real complaint. I haven't used the pool, gym, or tennis courts, so I can't speak to those.

I'm rounding up a bit this is is a 3.5 star complex

They easily the most affordable complex in the area and it shows. Things aren't perfect, but La Triumphe is absolutely worth what it costs. I don't have any regrets about moving in here.

The complex across the street is newer but is double the price. 1100-1500 @ La triumphe vs 1700-2700 @ the Ledges. For that price I'd just buy a house. All the 1 star reviewers need to reign in their expectations.

They have always been quick to fix any issues I've had in the apartment. I've never been charged for repairs. They are quick to pick up any litter around the complex. I've lived here for a couple of years now and see myself living here until I'm ready to buy a house.

When you first move in here its all good. Leasing office will say yes to everything on first and then they provide no service. We have our toilet broken for 2 weeks and when we call every morning their response was its not their 1st priority. Guess what where we supposed to use bathroom then. Thats not it. They take more than a month to fix any issues. Its not the worst part. When you want to move out they give you hardest time ever. First they dont agree on any dates then we had to pay extra 1 month of rent and guess what you cant live there for that month. You have to move out right away plus so many extra charges. First they give you lowest price on rent to attract and then apply charges when you move out. Also, none of the equipment in gym ever worked.USELESS..!

This place has great pricing and never had any issues working with maintenance or front desk staff. Maybe it was bad in the past, but my experiences has been nothing but amazing. They even worked with me for a special lease due to my status as active duty military. If any military people in the area need a nice place to live at great cost this is the place for you.

0, this place deserves a 0. I had to call the health department to get issues fixed that we had to deal with for 10 months of a yearly lease. The health department found mouse droppings as well as possible mold that we had been dealing with our whole lease and telling the office about for 10 months and nothing was ever fixed until the health department was involved. Major rodent issues, appliances didndidn't for almost the whole lease term. They don't care about you. One of the tenants was staying in a hotel because of the issues and wasn't even being compensated. If you can talk to the people living there before you sign a lease with la triumph do so because everyone will tell you the same things. Also when they do come to "fix''/pretend to fix issues they leave your place messy for you to clean. Document everything because I almost took this complex to court but decided it wasn't worth the headache anymore dealing with them and just moved with my family totally better home. After all the issues and stress they put us through and rodent issues while I was pregnant and had our newborn baby living there they had the nerve to take some of our security deposit for the carpet that we already gave $100 for on the move out date. They took a extra $100. So be careful. I'm trying to keep you from what could be one of the biggest headaches. It sucked living some where we hated for a year and it was a waste of money for a pretend luxury apartment. The The fire alarm goes off randomly all the time in the building for nothing. I asked the fireman about it and he said he has told the management to get it fixed but they aren't doing anything. Only good thing about it was the elevator helps when moving furniture.
