I liked the whole procedure and process. It was made simple the way it should be..9468 Bynum Blvd Oxford, AL was the address on my paperwork but that directs you to an incorrect location...use this address " 1 Kronospan Way Eastaboga, AL" and you won't have a problem. As you drive to loading area along side of main building they had a vending machine location and a truck that sold snowcones. I bet this place is fun to work at..I wanted to apply lol..I had a window to arrive for a load from 7am-8pm. I arrived at 12:00 pm it's currently 2:40 pm and I'm currently still stationed in the loading area waiting for the phone call. They are a busy business though...

Great lane, I showed up at appt time agreed. All went smooth. In and out within 90 minutes. It doesn't get much better then this. Definitely will work this lane whenever I'm within this area. We'll done. Thank you

Appt was 1:30p didn't hit a dock until 8:00p. So much for the scheduled appt. Waiting for a red light. Wonder how many more hours I'm going to be stuck here. No smoking on premises. Need decent parking skills.

Waited 6 hours to be loaded.

Worst facility ever with very rude forklift operators. My company will never get loaded here again.

Everyone's pretty nice... can take awhile to get loaded. If you drive a long low truck, watch getting on the scale it's fairly steep and you'll scrap.

driver be careful!
be prepared to stand here for 6 hours or more, after loading you will probably have an overload, you will have to wait for the gate again, and after partial unloading (to make 79,999 pounds) you will go happy that you have escaped from this place. the time loss was 7.5 hours! at current order prices, it's better to go to work at McDonald's without putting your life in danger for 11 hours a day driving a heavy truck!

Do not come here UNLESS you have time to waste. Booked this load asked for a 530pm appointment from the broker. I arrived at 415pm and didn't get a door until 620pm. It's 9pm and I'm still waiting to get loaded.. not worth it .

Trust me when I tell you, that you must experience something for yourself and not depend on someone else’s review of a place. I picked up a J.B. hunt load from Kronospan. I had a very pleasant experience from the moment I pulled on the scale to the moment I left. The lady at check in was so nice. Gave great instructions on what to do since it was my first time there; which made it very easy to navigate in and out. Absolutely a routine load pickup for me. I wouldn’t hesitate to pick up here again. Disclaimer, my load was scheduled as a live but turned out to be preloaded. They’re great in my book.
