Phil does awesome work on custom metal work, building hot rods, VW’s and any kind of custom metal work. He’s dedicated and knows his stuff. He’s an artist when it comes to metal work. Not only that, he has mechanical expertise in old cars and he’s a car enthusiast who owns/owned badass cars. I totally trust him on what he does and i seek his suggestion always. Good luck man!
