Wanted to get service done on our truck. They lack the skills and knowledge and were very nasty. The general vibe of the staff has always been poor at this location and if you did not buy your ride from them they would look down on your vehicles. After a couple of attempts to have service done for a number of vehicles we choose never to come here again. We have not been back since that faithful day and will never be back.
Dealerships tend to have a vibe that if you are not buying a vehicle from them they do not want you near them.

We recently purchased our 23’ Chevy Tahoe from Justin and Kim at Korf in Yuma. Our experience with them was smooth and hassle free. There was no pressure and honestly the easiest purchase we ever made. It was quick, especially having a three year old toddler with us, and they were very accommodating. Just don’t count on their word, other than that good pricing.

Spoke to this dealership for a week on a new corvette they had ordered in for a customer but had not been not picked up.

I called each day for an update and was told that if the buyer backed out they would be happy to let me know and keep the same sticker price. After not hearing back I called to confirm the car and sure enough it was available.

They informed me they could sell the car for 10k more than they had told me on all previous calls.

Purchased a vehicle from Korf, had issues with the windshield and Instead of just changing it out, they proceeded to try to fix it and that didn’t work so now they have to replace it. It would have been so much faster and easier just to do that in the first place.

By far my worst experience with any service company of any variety. After speaking with one incompetent employee they transfer you to an even more incapable and incompetent one. There is no in office communication and no one has any clue about anything. It took over two months for them to do what any other place could do in 2 weeks.
My experience with Korf was so bad that I will never even consider buying a Chevrolet again. Absolutely horrid customer service, worthless techs, an all around worthless company.
Please avoid this place at all costs!!

TIRE PRICES ARE VERY COMPETITIVE AND THEY CAN ALSO BALANCE TH ETIRES AND DO THE FRONT END ALIGNMENTS. ALWAYS VERY GOOD SERVICE.
