My husband and I went to see the new EV Dodge Chargers just to look and we both joked how horrible it was. Jose came out and introduced himself and asked if we wanted to see it. We laughed and just said no we would never since we’ve been such huge V8 mopar fans and customers. One thing led to another and we drove it and surprisingly it was awesome. Took some convincing and a good nights rest to decide it but we ended up taking it home and trading up the Wrangler. Thank you again to Jose and Tony who were able to make it happen!! 2nd time shopping at Koons and we’ll be coming back for more!

I picked up a Jeep Rubicon for my wife at this dealership. It was a new vehicle and the price quoted was exactly the price I paid. No games or silliness. From the moment I arrived to the moment I left, I was treated very well. I dealt with Antonio Screnci and he was honorable and helpful throughout. I ordered my RAM 1500 Tungsten through Koons and worked with Brian Hillerich. He was very easy to work with, provided all the information and beat the price from all dealers. Easy process at the beginning. Brian ensured I was kept up to date throughout the process. I waited for a couple of weeks and finally received an email from Brian that my truck landed at the dealership. I scheduled to pick up and meet with Brian last Saturday. During pick up Brian was awesome. He was friendly and professional. He thoroughly reviewed the features with me, including the entire body and interior inspection. My finance manager was Alli, who was AWESOME; she was patient and helped me to go over all the documents and provide all the information. We reviewed the extended warranty, and she matched the price for the extended warranty from Ziegler.
Brian and Alli truly understand their customers and their wants and go above and beyond. The customer service that the team gives from start to finish is the reason to buy more cars from them. My wife and I had an experience that was honestly priceless. Brian and Alli are truly honest and valuable. I highly recommend them to everyone.

Whether you are inquiring about purchasing a vehicle in person or via over the phone I highly recommend asking for Tony! Although, this is my second time going through the process of purchasing a vehicle, I still dread the process of purchasing a vehicle; However, this was my first time having to deal with the process of a trade-in. Looking for a car? Ask for Jonny Waiss! Jonny was professional, tremendously kind, and just an all-around great person. He really listened to me when I shared what I was interested in and new his stuff—walking me through the specs of each car in great detail. All said and done, he took the time to show me four different cars to make sure I found the one that was right for me. Time is money in most cases, but it seemed to me that he puts his client’s needs and interests in front of making a quick sale. Buying a car should be a special experience and that’s exactly how Jonny made it for me. But in all truth, the entire team was incredible! The Sales Manager walked me through budget options that worked for my family and gave me a very fair—maybe even generous—offer on my trade in to help me get where I needed to be financially on my purchase (thanks AB!). The Finance Manager then took the time to walk me through warranties and finish out the paperwork—staying after hours to ensure everything was finalized. Even the Used car Director was awesome to work with. In my eyes an company is as good as its employees, and Koons Tysons Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram has something in the staff culture that makes it a great experience. And it doesn’t hurt that they beat the prices everywhere I looked for trading in and purchasing. I highly recommend this place.

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with Koons Tysons Chrysler Dodge, Jeep, and Ram. My experience has been riddled with issues, leading to a well-deserved one-star rating.

From the outset, the customer service was appalling, marked by a distinct lack of professionalism and a complete disregard for my needs. Unethical practices were evident, coupled with dishonesty and a refusal to take responsibility for their actions. Furthermore, certain employees displayed aggressive and intimidating behavior, attempting to silence my complaints. The dealership misrepresented information about its staff and failed to honor the terms of our signed agreement. Crucially, they deliberately omitted signed amendments from the electronic records, making it difficult to hold them accountable.

Despite a swift purchase on my end, this dealership has wasted countless hours of my time. I purchased my vehicle in August of last year, and nearly five months later, the promised rim repair, damaged during tire replacement (their responsibility), remains incomplete. They now suggest I use my warranty for the repair they caused, and refuse to provide a loaner vehicle, despite the issue being solely their fault. As someone with sales experience, I have never encountered such abysmal customer service. I demand to speak with someone in a position of actual authority regarding this matter. I gave 5 months to resolve this issue before writing this review.

If youre thinking of purchasing a vehicle from this estiablishment please keep in mind that Koons has sold their business to a conglomerate (a larger corportation) and it is no longer the same quality Koons it once use to be.

I am going to be leveraging my large social media presence to share this story with the local people to inform them of your business practices. I will also be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau to ensure they are aware of these practices.
