Kohler in Greenwich is absolutely top-notch. . The showroom is beautifully lit with a great selection, and the whole team has been super helpful, always checking in with emails and calls. They also made the process of picking out, moving, and adding pieces to my home so smooth and stress-free. They helped me design 2 bathrooms in my new home. Really just a good all around experience.

Samantha, Marquetta and the entire staff at Kohler Signature Store in Greenwich were truly a tremendous help in guiding us through a complete home renovation which was driven by our collision with a tree. The project with Samantha and the team was a 14 month journey, and included fixtures and faucets for 3 bathrooms and two kitchens. When we ran into unexpected challenges (which every significant build encounters) they were there to help us with redesigns and had those newly selected items delivered to our job site almost immediately so that no impact was added to our builders timeline. We couldn’t be any more satisfied with our experience with the Plimpton & Hills Kohler store and the professionalism of the folks that are employed there!

Recently purchased a kitchen faucet and beverage faucet from Marquetta who was very helpful. When the faucets arrived, the beverage faucet had some slight damage but Plimpton & Hills was very responsive and had the damaged faucet picked up at our door and a new faucet delivered within days. The Kohler Store in Greenwich is fantastic! We visited while planning our kitchen renovation to find sinks and faucets, and the experience was amazing. The store manager, Marquetta Montero, was incredibly helpful. She guided us in selecting a stunning kitchen sink, bar sink, kitchen faucet, bar faucet, and beverage faucet. We even added a drinking water filtration system to the mix.
