I am so grateful for the convenience and affordability of this company. My husband had surgery to repair his Achilles tendon and because we were able to rent this scooter. He was able to enjoy a little better quality of life during recovery. The price was definitely a green flag since my husband has been out of work recovering. Customer service was excellent, the checking out and returning process was easy if you are in need of a mobility scooter. I highly recommend.

I broke my ankle on a Friday night. I found the crutches to be unbearable and difficult to use and wanted to get a knee scooter. All the medical supply stores were closed over the weekend and then I ran across this place. It was easy, affordable, and simple. Simply go to their website, pay for the week, pick up the scooter, text a number to check it out, and keep it as long as you need it. Dropping it back off was just as easy.

Horrible company!!!! I ordered a standard scooter( the most affordable one) and went to pick it up. The only one available was the most expensive one. I repeatedly called, left voicemails, left e mails to the manager begging for a response. NOTHING!!!! I got a text telling me I had to cancel my old order and be forced in to ordering the expensive one😡 I once again REPEATEDLY called, e- mailed and left voicemails to CANCEL my order the same day I ordered. No response again! They would not cancel my order no matter what I did!!! I had to cancel my debit card so they couldn’t charge me for weeks to come because there’s NO way to get ahold of them and cancel future forced charges!!! This company is a SCAM!!!!!!! They r now being investigated
