I had three bathrooms done. The first two were easy, no structural changes. They came out beautiful. The third, in the primary suite, was a big job. Neil and his contractor Juan redesigned my closet and bathroom into a stunning, gorgeous, usable sanctuary. We did not know exactly what we would find under the eaves when the walls started coming down, but the final product is incredible - A huge dressing room, closet, make up / vanity space - and a steam shower! Neil was great to work with and Juan is the most amazing contractor ever!! His ideas and advice were always spot on.

Neil and Mary at kitchen traditions did an awesome job in designing our new kitchen! Their expert advice made the process so much easier for us when renovating our kitchen. We received everything in a timely manner and in great condition. We were so happy with the design, cabinet quality, and hardware we ordered. Neil & staff are friendly, accessible and attentive. They are honest about lead times. Their ability to provide creative and "current" designs and present them in renderings helps us to communicate the project vision to our clients which makes them comfortable in knowing what they are buying. We met with Neil several times and he came up with a timeless design that will make our kitchen very usable, while also making it beautiful and full of custom touches that match our lifestyle and taste. We were offered cabinet designs in various price points and trusted Neil's professional experience to guide us in making a final decision. There was a small problem with inside delivery of some of the pantry cabinets we ordered and the delivery crew left, but Neil himself showed up with a box cutter and provided the skills and muscle needed to get them all inside. He takes great pride in being a small business owner and he ensures that he does everything he can to get the right solution! He is fond of saying, "I like to solve problems!" and that he does exceedingly well.
We strongly recommend working with Kitchen Traditions and will gladly go to them again if needed for any other local properties.

Our experience working with Kitchen Traditions was amazing! We've honestly Never had such a positive experience working with any other contractor. When they say they'll come on a day and what time, they actually do! Neil Always returns your calls in a timely fashion, never gets annoyed with the abundance of questions we had! We've lived in CT for just over 20 years and have dealt with many companies. I figured this place would be the same. Not showing up, leaving early, etc. We are so happy to say, we were wrong! We would recommend Kitchen Traditions to anyone! Oh, and prices and quality can't be beat!! 🙂

The team at Kitchen Traditions has made our dream kitchen come true. Prior to making the decision to do a complete kitchen remodel; my wife and I prepared ourselves for what we expected to be a very stressful, draw out and argumentative experience. We only prepared ourselves for that due to the horror stories we have heard from our friends about their projects. Once we decided to work with Kitchen Traditions, all of those concerns disappeared. This team really knows what they are doing. They have many years of experience and sharp eye for detail. All of our questions were answered prior to the start of the project. The demo and install went flawlessly. The timeline was kept tight and nothing slipped. Everything they said they would do was done. The contractor suggested by them, Paul Crouse really went above and beyond our expectations; a truly talented craftsman. Overall, this experience has been quite pleasant and we are ecstatically enjoying our new kitchen. The best part of this experience is that we have had the opportunity to work with some truly dedicated professionals that understand what consumers need prior to starting a project. That being said, we will happily recommend them to anyone. We plan on using them again on a upcoming master bathroom remodel.
