Product is decent for the price but definitely not a premium custom made cabinet. Their customer service leaves a lot to be desired. We're 4 months after installation of the cabinets and we're still missing doors and shelves. They don't reply to emails or respond to phone calls and I'm having to chase them to get this resolved months after it should have been. We are happy overall with the final product to their credit.

Their product is good but they have zero customer service skill. Many of their measurements are unreliable so you get cabinets that are wrong and don’t fit. They ultimately make good on that but your follow up - again and again - is required. They are never proactive and each time you call it’s like they are learning who you are from Square 1. Expect that your project will take 10-12 months with them as a result. I have gotten 4 kitchens with them over the years. And this has been the experience 4 times.

I recently used Kingswood Kitchens for new kitchen cabinets. The whole experience was amazing...we worked with Jamie on the design and she gave us so many great ideas. The cabinets were all custom made and ready earlier than anticipated. The cabinets are beautiful and we have received so many compliments on them from our friends, and also from the contractor's team of workers. I would definitely recommend Kingswood Kitchens!

Kingswood Kitchens has done four kitchens and numerous built ins for my family and the overall experience was a five star. Keith, the designer, traveled out of his way to design a spectacular kitchen, built in bars, office cabinets and bedroom built ins. Paul and Drew, in the shop, are true artisans who craft a beautiful product with care and attention to every detail. They are true professionals with an exceptional product!

My experience with her boss and the rest of the staff at Kingswood was exceptional as well. Terrible experience, I have used Rings End for cabinets and no issues. Kingswood- 3 doors went back, and cracked wood inside cabinet. Correct pieces not shipped, missing pin doors. Designer could never get numbers right. Horrible communication, avg quality and created more stress than needed. Do not recommend
