Do NOT buy your eggs here! Most expensive by far of grocers in the area. Whole Foods was half the cost; ditto for Trader Joe’s. And, as usual, several of the items on my list were out of stock; after searching all over for someone to help the person I found was no help at all. The standard line is that “the warehouse didn’t send it”. One item I wanted was on sale and I was informed that King Soopers no longer offers rain checks. I’m quite sure that when the item does come in it will be back to full price. Still supply chain issues? I have no clue since no one really offers an explanation. I do shop at this store often but am getting discouraged. The checkout folks are friendly but it’s almost impossible to find help in the aisles.

I love this King Soopers. The staff is friendly and helpful. Bram is one of the managers there and he is Amazing!! He is very patient and is loyal to his staff. He goes above and beyond to make our shopping experience perfect. He deserves the up most recognition .

Absolutely horrible experience with Dani in the Bakery. Asked for a custom image, couldn’t email it so I put it on a thumb drive and brought it in, the printer couldn’t read it so she asked me to print it out and come back. Did that. Came in to pickup the cake today and the image was so tiny on the cake. I told her that I was not happy with that and she told me I was rude and took the cake back to “remake” it. Y’all, she printed another image and just slapped it over the old one!!!!! This is a birthday cake for my daughter! No time to fix it. Such a disgrace. I have photos no option to upload

Better check your receipts. This location doesn't always credit you for sale items. I bought 10 1lb packs of hamburger for sale price of 4.49, got home, looked at the receipt, didn't honor sale price Charged me 6.99 each. Buyer beware!!

Terrible experience with Supervisor “Nick” who has zero customer service skills. Refused to return a $6 candle I had a receipt for that I purchased at another king soopers in Castle Rock. He had a bunch of excuses like it’s gonna mess up our inventory, we may not even carry this item here. I said yes you do carry it I just went and looked. He wouldn’t even scan it to see. I’m in shock and I’m like I’ve never heard of this policy-These are all corporate stores owned by Kroger -not franchised. Nick goes on to say “I swear I’m not just being a Dick to you for no reason, that’s our policy.” Then he asks me if I live in Castle Rock. Which I regrettably replied yes I do. He says see you can just return it there then. Wow. This guy is on a roll and not a good one!

Nick also completely ignored 2 of us customers that were in line behind another customer who already paid for his cigarettes who Nick apparently knew because he sat there giving him advice on where to rent an apartment. Apparently Nick and “ his lady” just looked at some apartments right around the corner and a two bedroom was only 1600 and a one bedroom 1400. Yes I had to wait in line for over 5 minutes while Nick “the Supervisor” gave housing advice to his friend, just to be turned away and not get my item returned. His friend finally turned around and saw a line of customers behind him and said oh sorry and quickly left. Nick had ignored the customers in line the whole time though.

Nick was the most unprofessional employee, let alone supervisor, I’ve ever encountered.

Called customer service after and they pointed me to Kroger return policy which is any purchase can be returned at any Kroger store-not just king soopers, as long as the item is sold there. How is this guy a supervisor when he has no customer service skills and doesn’t know the store policies?
