Really fun little joint, they have done a ton with the space. The food is good, wine and cocktails rock, and Jack the bartender is A+++. Great conversation and ambiance, amazing potential. ALSO Attention Parents: the womenโ€™s bathroom AND THE MENS has a change table. A FREAKING GAME-CHANGER. Highly recommend.

Been coming here since it first opened. Have always enjoyed the beer, food and employees. Trivia night on Thursdays is great fun. My daughter and I have dad/daughter date night that night and enjoy playing trivia and having dinner here. Friday night live music is the perfect way to end a work week. Come in Friday, sit and have dinner and a few beers and relax to the music. I've seen a few reviews talking about the beers needing work. The beautiful thing about small batch craft beer is that there's always going to be variations between batches. That's a big reason people love small batch beers. Anyhow, great beer, great food and good times are here waiting for you.

Iโ€™m really sorry to see KBC is in a seasonal closure. I loved going here whenever I was in town. It is a fun, easy-going atmosphere with great food and drinks! I am a beer lover and I loved the Limelight beer. One of my favorite beers ever. The live entertainment was what brought me here and I was looking forward to many more visits to see Shane Cooley and his dad drummer. Michael is truly passionate about his business and he and his family were a pleasure to talk with. I am hopeful that they will reopen!

The overwhelming, noxious odor of old burning fryer oil will likely drive you away before you sit down. It will lodge in your throat and choke you out. If you make it that far, the food is all concession stand quality dropped in the old, stale fryer. Our visit was between beer releases, so the only beer available was the very flat and stale Belgian wheat. I've been to quite a few breweries, and I've never known one to have no beer available except one. Figure out how to stage your release so you can offer 3-4 at any given time, year round.
At any rate. Surprised this place status in business. It's really disappointing for a town that is dying for more.

Everything went wrong for us. My beer had no head, bad aftertaste. The bartender tried to get the foam out of my wifeโ€™s beer and we finally told him to stop and asked for other beer. Place had very strong burnt oil smell. We left after 1 beer. No way would we order food. Oh yes, I wanted to taste a beer first and bartender said we would have to order a flight. No tasting. Well, we go to plenty of area breweries. First time I was denied a little taste before ordering. Soโ€ฆ..we drove back to Williamsburg and went to a real brewery.

Had the easy does it IPA which was awesome, brisket also really good and the house made bbq sauces were fantastic. Calamari, mozzarella sticks, and Bavarian pretzel were also really good additions to the table. Highly recommend, will definitely be back.

Gave it a try on Friday night. Music was good but the service was poor at best. The craft beer needs some work. The IPA was drinkable but the Amber Ale and the wheat beer were very poor. Hopefully the beer will improve over time.

I haven't drunk beer for quite awhile, so I tried the Set Sail American Pale Ale (4.2% ABV). I would say it's my kind of beer. The hot French fries tasted crispier and more flavorful.
