I’ve always used Killer Innovations barrels on my Glocks and have loved their products, great quality, design, and performance. Recently, I picked up one of their barrels for my P320 Sig Sauer. During the break-in process, I started having issues with ejection and noticed a pattern with certain ammo brands and grain weights getting jammed in the chamber.

I reached out to Killer Innovations, and their team was incredibly helpful. They offered several tips and tricks to try. When those didn’t solve the issue, they promptly sent me a return label and took the barrel back for inspection. Anitra from their team kept me updated throughout the process, and their QC tech even called me personally to walk me through their findings. They discovered the barrel was slightly out of spec and sent me a replacement right away.

After following their recommended break-in procedures, the new barrel has been running flawlessly. From the time I first contacted them to receiving the new barrel, the whole process took less than two weeks, absolutely incredible service.

TLDR: I bought a velocity barrel from these folks for a recent build. The product performance is excellent as is the customer service. First off, the build is a legitimate tack driver, let me make that abundantly clear. That said, I had an issue with the coating on the barrel showing atypical wear even though I followed the break in procedure. They had me send it back for re-coating, no problem. It was my first experience with these guys and, frankly, I was unsure if the premium price tag was worth it. No more worries here. The workmanship is excellent and so is the customer service. 10/10 will buy from them again.

My experience with the products and staff at Killer Innovations has been an absolute pleasure. Even when the issues were my fault the team there treated me with respect and courtesy. The most recent experience was with a compensator. It was difficult for me to diagnosis so the team offered to ship the gun to them to allow the technicians to fully diagnose my issue. It has been 2 years since my purchase. They emailed me a return label and within a few days the support staff called. He had discovered the issue. It was a spring I had replaced during one of my cleanings. During the call he informed me what had to be done to fix the issue which included parts. I expected that the next part of the conversation would be what it was going to cost for the work and parts. That would have been a normal expectation in my experience with other vendors. Imagine my shock when Rick informed me there would be no charge and he merely wanted to let me know what he had done so I could avoid any future damage.

You don't see this type of service often. It is a grass roots customer first business practice. I purchase items online all the time. I have never been treated as well by any company in the world. The team at Killer Innovations was fast and empathetic to my needs throughout the whole process. If my experience is any measure, you will be in for a treat when purchasing from them. From the high quality of the parts (flat sexy) and the excellent after sales service, I have found no company better. I can't imagine any way they could have been better both during the sale and the after sale care. I wish they sold everything I needed in life. I would shop with them exclusively.
