I have never experienced the excellent level of customer service that i encountered at this location. My sales representative, Bobby, was clearly a thorough and well versed individual. He went above and beyond to make sure that I got an affordable vehicle that I wanted. I can’t say enough about how pleased I am with my purchase and the time that Bobby took to make this all happen.

best customer service in town compared to the previous dealership I went to but different story.. Bobby and Kevin they are you guys. Forgot the other guys name he assessed my trade in while I assessed him lmao just making funny. They interacted with me and my family and made sure I was happy with my decision they were not rushing you in anyway they made you comfortable and have you room to really make a decision and with that my girls and I are happy with our pick thank you all so much the entire team you are all so inviting thank you

This is by far the worst place of service that I’ve ever had to deal with. They’ve literally had my car for 4 days now, not to mention it’s Saturday so their so called service team won’t be back until Monday. My cars covered under warranty to replace my starter, they never gave me a loaner vehicle and I know a starter doesn’t take 4 days to fix. Should’ve paid the money to have it fixed somewhere else honestly. I’ve been forced to miss work. And I’ve been trying to find out what’s going on with my car for 2 days and everyone says they’ll call me back and they never do. I will never purchase a car here again. This is my 2nd car purchase here and it will very much so be my last. Poor customer service, nobody ever knows what’s going on, and they’re lazy. I can’t wait until Monday morning to let them know exactly what I think about this.

And to add to this a month and a half later. Once they finally got me a loaner vehicle and got my car fixed, I still had to pay $150 for a new starter that had a warranty on it and the starter already stopped working. I have to literally try turning my car on 100x before it finally works. I did schedule an appointment to bring it in to be checked which I’m guilty of missing due to being ill but I called again and left a message about this and still have yet to get a return call from anyone. I’m never purchasing another car here. This is actually my 2nd car from this place. Never again.

I called to get a price on a vehicle they had listed on their website. The guy who answered the phone gave me the price which was, completely outrageous and no wonder why it’s still on their lot. He told me their owner “hates” the type of vehicle I was going to be trading in. Completely unprofessional and worst customer service. Went with a way better dealership and so happy this crappy place didn’t get my service

Have never had a good experience here, charged $120 for oil change and tire rotation to never have oil life reset have a technician get into my brand new car full of oil and grease. I call and they tell me they will do a free interior detail so come today 6/20/24 I had scheduled my oil change, tire rotation and the interior detail I was owed. Not only did they bring my car out not cleaned at all on the inside, no oil life reset when I asked prior to even going out to get my car nor was a new mileage sticker placed. Then leave get out of my car and notice they chipped the paint on my car. So I go back and they tell me they did not do it and refuse to fix the paint they messed up. I have proof there was no marks on my car when it went in via their pre service inspection report.
