I found the buying experience at Gary Rome Kia was excellent. Brian, my salesperson was very helpful and understanding of my needs. He handled the paperwork and went above and beyond in registering my car where I live in Florida. While I waited for my new plate and registration, Brian provided a temporary plate for me to use. Overall, the experience was easy, stress free and pleasant. I would recommend this dealer and especially Brian Boglisch to everyone who needs a vehicle!

Have been doing business with Gary. Rome Kia since I leased my first Optima in 2013. I find their service department to be both extremely professional and their staff to be courteous and accommodating. I don’t get charged for what I don’t need. I have leased or bought 5 KIAs and have had no problems. An exceptional car brand and auto facility.

We are return customers but unfortunately our great experience the first time wasn't repeated. We understand that the place was busy...but we had made an appointment and weren't even able to sit down to discuss anything. We waited to sign financing paperwork for 4 hours. Since we had 2 little ones with us, asking us to come back would have been preferred instead of telling us "20 more minutes" for 2 hours. We were told we were far down the queue, but that is because we got pushed aside right after we arrived, and other customers tended to first so that could have been remedied and should have been. My husband asked for a phone call to tell him when the registration was in. No call. He made 3 follow up calls with no response and finally we just stopped in to find it had been ready. We had such a nice experience in August. This new one was nothing like that. It's a very unfortunate way to treat return customers. We like our car but may not return in the future for a repeat performance.
