Hands down the best place to buy beef, chicken and pork ( they do have other types of meats). I have been purchasing all my beef, chicken and pork for the last 6 months and I can say with certainty that I will never buy from the Wal-Mart or other big box stores. They have the best selection of high quality meats and cuts you don't find anywhere else. Like Picanha, denver steaks, cheek, the list goes on and on. The staff is supper friendly and if you dont find a cut you like they can help. Pictures are of a Picanha I cut into steaks and grilled them to medium rare.

Overall AWESOME. There was an issue with my order (no fault of the company or mine (USPS)) and roger keys not only helped resolve the issue, but went above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. This company takes the customers satisfaction to a whole new level. I have given their hottest jerky as gifts, and everyone seems to enjoy it. Thank you all again, will definitely order some more down the road.

They did a great job processing my deer. I have used them for 3 or 4 years. I have never had a complaint. The facility is clean, and I feel like my deer meat will be taking care of when I drop it off with them. I like the butterfly cuts that were done with the backstrap then put into a shrink seal package. The girls that work up front are really nice and personable. Thanks for all you guys do.

We get our deer meat processed here & it's always really really good. They are always nice to my husband when he brings the deer. When I went to pick it up for him once they weren't the friendliest folks, but they did help me carry it out. The quality of the processing is excellent.

Yield concern...Delivered a 795 pound steer to be processed and was returned 206 pounds of meat making the yield 26%. I called Garners to get additional information and to be honest I felt they were more concerned with telling me how good they are and the number of years they have been in business instead of addressing the question. I am not an expert on this conversion and Garners didn't help so I spoke with several local ranchers and another butcher shop to understand it better. Our concern seemed to be true after talking with additional experts that we didn't get all of our meat, however they did admit that our yield would be lower since most of our steaks were without the bone and the size of the animal. In their opinion they feel we are short by 5 to 15% of our meat. I am disappointed to find out that a company I have been doing business with for 3+ years isn't being honest so they have lost my business going forward.

Osage Creek Farms

We love using Advanced Meats for our processing needs. We have been using them for about two years now and have brought them about 25 animals.

They are very transparent with all of their processes and are open to answering questions. We have personally learned a lot from Roger over the years. He has continually worked with us to help us better understand different cut options on our animals in order to better serve our customers. We contribute some of the growth of our sales directly to his suggestions.

We have used multiple processors over the last 5 years and in our experience Advanced Meats is the best processor around.

Melanie and Roger are awesome; great service, competitive prices and very professional job. If there's going to only be one USDA processor on the western side of Ark, I'm very happy it's them... Highly recommend for beef and chickens (all we've taken to them)
