Purchased a vintage Graflex Speed Graphic Anniversary model from Kenmore Camera online-- the same model camera my father used as a combat photographer back in 1950. I was a bit hesitant to pull the trigger on the purchase, as I was unable to physically see and hold the camera and had to rely on their used camera department for information. The personnel at Kenmore really knew their stuff. They were professional, prompt and thorough in their email responses which was very much appreciated. Assured that the camera was in the same condition depicted on the company's website, I made the purchase and was glad I did. The Graflex shipped promptly, was very well packaged to avoid damage in transit, and arrived clean and in great shape. After searching months for this model online in this kind of condition and this kind of reasonable price, I'm happy to have found Kenmore Camera.

My Sony A6500 was displaying blotches in my YouTube videos because of particles on the lens. I went to Kenmore Camera possibly looking for a professional cleaning. They examined my camera, cleaned it up for a few seconds on the spot with air puffs, and were extremely honest that I possibly didn't need further cleaning (said that any remaining fine particles would matter even less for video than stills), but if I did want professional cleaning they would be happy to offer it (takes 1-2 biz days).

I was blown away by these guys' professionalism and candor. My camera is working great again and Kenmore Camera has gained a customer for life in me.

This is my favorite camera shop in the world. Competitive pricing, TONS of used stock, and the coolest, most genuinely helpful staff (which I can't stress enough- they're fantastic people). Lovely store with lots of options, friendly staff, and good prices. Yes you may see better deals on online forums, but I was willing to pay slightly more for the in-person store experience and reliability. I got my first camera here, a used Fuji X-T20. Thanks Gerald for your guidance and patience!
