Recently bought a Ford Maverick here after working with Conner Nash. My experience was great! We found a 2024 Maverick and had everything set however due to a recently (now fixed) ford recall we were not able to take delivery.

While waiting for the recall fix, Conner looked across their network for other Maverick options and eventually suggested we could order a 2025 from the factory; which we did.

While waiting for the truck to be built, we did look at a few more mavericks that arrived in their lot, and Kiyoshi was also fantastic in finding a few vehicles for us to look over.

In the end a 2025 arrived that had all the options that we wanted, and were able to take home.

During this time Conner was very attentive and stayed in contact with us through the process to make sure we knew what options were available, when vehicles came in that we could look at, and ultimately letting us know about the final one that we purchased. Working with him was a pleasure and while it took a couple of visits to find “the one” we were always happy to be able to continue to work with him from start to finish. He made the process easy, fun and overall made sure at the end of the day we were happy with our purchase and satisfied with the vehicle.

I have already recommended Conner & Kendall to my family & friends who are currently looking for new Fords in the area and have been impressed with our sales experience. When the time comes to purchase another, I will be going right to Kendall to work with Conner (and Kiyoshi!) again.

Thanks for welcoming us back into the Ford family and for providing a hassle free experience from sales all the way to finance. Kendall Ford and their employees really are a step above.

so I’m a truck driver and my wife was wanting a new car I imagine you could see where this is going. as I was on the road coming home she got a hold of me about a Ford Explorer and so I got a hold of Jeremy here at Kendel and from start to finish. They walk me through trading my truck in, but I still owe on and found a really good interest rate even days after we brought it home from starting to finish from Jeremy on the phone to Lindsey and financing walking me around all day finding the perfect vehicle and making sure it was detailed new tires and maintenance before I even took it home! Purchased a used truck here. Had a great sales experience and no hard push for me to buy anything I felt I didn't need. Neal is a great salesman. I brought my dog and sat in a room where he also hung out when he didn't need to. People there are friendly. I highly recommend this place if your looking for new or used vehicles. I think the only "thing" needed is a good coffee machine 🙂
