They do not honor their promotions. If you try to redeem a promotion, you will need to submit a receipt and once you do, you will not ever get them to accept it. I have multiple attempts submitting different images of the receipt with the same result: another email from them stating "is that really a receipt"? The promotion was the reason my son wanted their product which is why I am leaving this negative review...
