Woman at front counter was on a personal phone call while helping customers at checkout (big customer service no no!) She saw me walk to back to shipping. Customer left, saying thank you while woman was still on same personal call. I walked back out to the front where she was talking and she asked if anyone was in the back to help me. When I said no she went back to help me, still talking about picking someone up, having a bad attitude, blah blah blah. Never made eye contact with me once!

Well this is only the second time I've been to Kelly Connect. I have to say I had a wonderful experience. She took care of my documents. She helped me with any questions. I ended up buying more stuff because I love the atmosphere and they had a great selection of other things. And then I was short 75 cents and she paid it for me. I will be coming to see her again with all my copy needs. And bringing her that 75 cents. She is the epitome of good business.
