My husband and I went to Keith’s to buy some appliances and we were helped by Floyd. Floyd was great. He is friendly, very knowledgeable and he didn’t push us to buy any particular brand. He listened to our thoughts, gave us really good advice and taught us how to properly take care of a washing machine (something the orange big box store does not do). I highly recommend Keith’s and we look forward to going back in the future for appliances.

Delivery arrived earlier than promised despite being very busy two days before Christmas. Big help to me as new tenants moving in that day. Ryan was courteous, fast, and professional. Fridge and range moved in with no scratches to doors or walls. Super fast set up, leveling. Our oven died on Christmas morning and went to Keith’s the day after. Barbara in sales was fantastic to work with and helped us pick out new in stock appliances. Was such a refreshing change from big box stores. Would highly recommend.

When our dishwasher decided to die, I knew I had to act fast. A broken dishwasher is a recipe for disaster in our house! I called Keith's Appliance and they were fantastic. Within 2 days they had a brand new dishwasher installed and my wife was back to her happy self (which means I am too!).
The entire process was smooth and professional. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the installation team was quick and efficient. I was especially impressed with how quickly they were able to get the job done. I would definitely recommend Keith's Appliance to anyone in need of a new appliance.
