We just had KB Custom Railing install both indoor and outdoor rails. I originally reached out on their website via their online form. I received a call the next day. I explained our needs and they were quick to deliver a very competitive quote. Jeff was wonderful in all our communication. JJ came out to do the site assessment and was incredibly thorough and helped explain our different options. Finally, Todd and Jonah did the install and were quick and very professional. I would highly recommend KB Custom Railing!

This railing updated and modernized the entryway of my old 1979’s split level. Working with the owner to the designer that measured my space as well as the installers , they were all were easy to work with. I even had to have the install crew come back a second time because they pointed out I needed to repaint the wall that the bottom railing was to be installed on before they put the rail up, I so appreciated their eye for detail which saved me a lot of work.

They say that eyebrows have the power to completely change the look of your face. Then it should be said that railings are the eyebrows of your house. Jeff and his team completely changed the look of our house, bringing a 20th century home into the 21st. We love that the continuity in our interior and exterior railing since our front door is clear glass.
Jeff was readily available to answer all of our questions and provide photo references to help us pick the perfect railing. He clearly has a lot of expertise and experience in this field. In a time of COVID, him and his team were very professional and made me feel comfortable in my home. When we redo our back deck, we will definitely use KB custom railing again. Cannot recommend enough!

I had some trouble with communication, especially around installation. The crew to install just showed up without prior coordination and we had to re-schedule. The same thing happened again, but fortunately the time worked.

Despite the communication issues, the end result was high quality and expertly installed. I am very happy with the custom railings.

KB Custom Railing did a great job with our deck surround and stair rail. We asked for custom posts for an overhead sun-cloth system and they were able to provide exactly what we wanted. The staff were great, and came out twice to measure and talk before completing our order.
