An Internet company like this is a rarity anymore. They will actually call you when your card is expiring. I don’t know any utilities provider who will take the time to do that. The personal touch, service and reliability is top notch. They make comcast look like a joke

These people deserve more than 5 stars. I called the office last night around 4:38pm after getting home after a long day of work to find out the from losing power the night before, when the power came back on the power surge took out our router and we had no WIFI. The lady at the office was so nice and pleasant she tried to troubleshoot it over the phone with no success, so she put me on hold to call a tech. When she came on the line she said Paul would come out and be there in about 15min. Even though they close at 5pm. I WAS BLOWN AWAY! Paul came out was very professional he upgraded my hardware and was in and out in no time. I can't thank them enough for their kindness and GREAT SERVICE! TOP NOTCH!

I would give them 10 stars if I could. The girls in the office are wonderful. Paul our technician worked all day-and into the next in 100+ degree weather to get us up and running. Excellent communication throughout the whole process. Thank you Kalama Telephone company!

Great customer service and OK internet service, but being way up the river with only DSL at this point available, it's better than Exede or HugesNet! The others charge for going over data limits or slow speeds after allocated data limits... Here all you have to deal with is people with kids during peak hours trying to use up the bandwidth with their Playstations or XBox's. Just have patience during these hours for streaming movies... it goes away eventually and is way more dependable than satellite internet.

Praying for fiberoptics soon though!!!!
Prioritize this in your budget please KTC!!
