We are transplants from San Francisco Bay Area. We were missing our sour dough bread. Until we tried your products. I’m old school pizza dough maker, but not any more. We loved your pizza dough makes up delicious pizza. Your breads are also terrific. Thank for making superior products.

I am sorry, but the pizza dough was horrible. It was a pre-made purchased at Chucks, but is really nice be of my top 5 worst ever.
Before you say that I have bad taste, I am a trained chef who loves pizza, and even have a woodfired oven in the backyard.
Maybe this was a bad batch as this was my first, but it really was not good.

I am obsessed with sourdough and Kalama sourdough is my favorite brand by far! I buy a loaf a week now. Every product I’ve bought has been excellent, especially the cinnamon loaf! I don’t feel bad after eating this bread and appreciate that there are only a few ingredients to make it (not all the unnecessary 10+ ingredients in some other “sourdough” breads).

I own a Pizzeria up on Hood Canal. I started my business in December 2024 using Kalama Sourdough pizza dough balls.
My wife suggested I contact them when another company I was dealing with, let me down. It was the best decision ever, our crust always gets rave reviews, the flavor and texture are excellent and perfect for our style of pizza! Robert, the owner, from the first day we met, has bent over backwards to make sure I'm getting everything we need to be successful. Colin and Kyle providing delivery and customer service are over the top professional and timely always! We also use their Pioneer rolls for our popular Italian grinders, we constantly get compliments on these rolls. I've also tried for personal usage their various breads and hamburger buns, it's all fresh and full of flavor. You can't go wrong dealing with this company, they are top notch! They've been a big part of our success so far and I'm super happy with them and recommend them highly!!

I was buying meat at Stewarts Meat my favorite family-owned business. This is where I bought the cinnamon sourdough bread and I want to buy a loaf for my friends. 😉 okay, my point is my 6-year-old grandson loves sliced pieces of warm and bare sourdough cinnamon. Today I made French toast and absolutely the tastiest FT I've eaten.
Please don't change a thing with your yummy bread! Today it's garlic basil turkey on cinnamon sourdough. ENJOY!

Incredible sourdough. Great taste and texture. I like mine toasted with a smear of Irish butter. Yum! I also recently learned how Incredible their whole wheat with honey loaf is. Oh my goodness I hope they will keep this seasonal loaf year round it is sooo good. Don't miss out on that pizza dough either, super tasty.
