Recently my daughter went to cash in tickets at the lost mine arcade at mercer mall K&K Music recently took over. I was informed K&K posted a sign for only 2 weeks informing people to cash in tickets before they changed names and bought out laser one arcade. My daughter had saved up 10,000 tickets and we were informed only 92 of the 10,000 she could use. We spoke to K&K music one week ago and the man was very hateful and said he'd relay the message to the owner after the holidays. One week later my daughter still can't cash in her tickets and still no word from K&K Music. This company has always been shady and I will never support this business or arcade again. I hope they re-evaluate their policies and reconsider the employment of the rude individual that they have running their Bluefield store.

The workers at K&K music co. are nice, polite, and they help you
get to what you're looking for fast, they are were very helpful to me , and I'm sure they will be to you to. Recently they took over Lazer One arcade at mercer mall, it is now called The Lost Mine. They have improved the arcade tremendously it now has a jukebox so you can play whatever music you like , and they bring in new games every few months , I absolutely love The Lost Mine arcade , it is well organized and the people who work there know what they're doing , 10/10
