Not a customer, but a resident who lives in the building behind a job K&K custom fabrication is working on. They started saying handles bars off an office at 6am with no empathy for any of the 30 tenants within ear shot of the noise. When I called the office, the owner hung up on me and turned off his phone after I tried to nicely come to a resolution. I then had to contact the owner of the building, Urban Renessianece Group, so far they’ve been nicer in trying to resolve this matter. As future potential clients look into K&K, if you hire K&K, please be kind and ask them to not start work at 6am on a Saturday.
