Super friendly staff if you're dropping off scrap it takes longer sometimes they offload scrap and reload back onto the trailer I was number two in line got there at 6:30 out of there by 8:30 I have aluminum sows you offload those up in front I should have probably been out of there a half hour earlier we had a paperwork here not the job sites

45 minutes to look at the trailer and then had to clean the floor with every pallet. As though they try to see how long they can keep a driver waiting. Hours.

Crazy slow unloading. Better avoid this place.
If you have no other choice, at least charge more for the load here to compensate the lost hours here.

Friendly enough people, but I don’t see why it takes so long to unload scrap metal. I was given an appointment time, but it seems like a first come first serve type of place. When I arrived I was third in line. After sitting for 2 hours, another truck came in and he was made the next one to the dock. I wasn’t really given a reason why. It seems to take them about an hour to unload each truck, but I have no idea why it would take that long. I imagine I just came at a bad time. There is only two trucks right now, me and the one that was placed ahead of me in line. But it’s burned up all my on-duty time and now I am burning up my driving time waiting to be unloaded. Still not in a dock.

Pay no attention to some bad reviews. This place is easy to find, nice security people, fast unload scrap aluminum. Yes, you have to back around a slight curve And into building.
Not a problem if your a driver. Unloaded in 45 minutes..... great place.
No overnight parking.

Nice people, appointment 8am I'm in 8am quickly unload out 9:15 am, was a full load scrap. Restroom outside, thanks.

I am a professional driver. 39 years. At this time, This is the only bad review I have ever given any place. DO NOT DELIVER HERE. Security guards are extremely friendly and helpful. I would give them 5 stars+.
However JW Aluminum is so awful.. 15 hours sitting here waiting to get unloaded...still waiting.

terrible receiver. they rejected the load stating it is the wrong product. we were told to go back awhile later to unload and then they said they are closing and cannot unload till morning. Trailer was a terrible mess!! Dont waste your time and money here.
