If I could give 0 stars, I would. DO NOT GET THE POOL OPENING SERVICE!! We were charged $425 for them to drop the pool stairs/railings in the pool and drop off 2 chemicals, that we dumped in the pool ourselves or could have picked up when we were in the store. We tried to call the store and let them know that $425 for a service they told us would have our pool “summer ready” was not completed and the water was green. They agreed and said Shaun, our pool tech has had complaints/issues in the past and that the store manager, Lauren, would give us a call. We called 3 times and Lauren never called us to this day. We went in store and they sounded so confident they could balance the pool, which then led us to buy $135 worth of additional chemicals based on their “professional opinion”, which did nothing. We had to find another pool service to get our pool balanced and ready for summer. Save your money and time and do not go with this company for pool service. Not to mention, their chemicals are overpriced and their customers service is terrible. To Juliano’s, before you respond to this comment asking to talk, I decline, and don’t bother with the “we don’t have record of you as being a customer”, yes we were. First time customer and definitely the last.

I think they have become too big. They don’t communicate or listen and they don’t care to. I was told by the GM they k ow they have a communication problem but they just produce such a good quality they don’t really have to. I have grading issue and they just stated it will go away as grass grows in. Had them open my pool no communication. Just left the pool dirty and a bag. No instruction. No information on what they did.

Our inground pool has had a leak for the past 10 years. We have had several pool leak detection companies tell us there was no leak. One even plugged our main drain saying that was the issue. It was not. Pool continued to leak. Adding water almost daily was a major pain! We had basically given up but we thought let's give Juliano's a try. We had already thrown more than $2000 at the leak, what's another $1000? Best decision ever! Scheduled for a Tuesday and they showed up on Tuesday. Good start. I wish I remembered their names but the two gentlemen were very professional and got right to work. Good communication throughout the process and guess what? No leak! So far so good. Would definitely recommend!!

Quality workmanship like no other. And the service team is top notch. Had and opening issue spoke to Lauren and serviceman Scott was at my house before the end of business. Addressing all concerns and ensure the pool is 💯 % operationally before leaving. Thank you Scott it’s always a pleasure with Julianos team !

Have not worked with these people personally before. But I have had two experiences with them.

They would tell my mother in law they're coming to open their pool and no one would show up the day they agreed upon. Leaving my mother in law calling asking why no one came and they spin her a tale and picked another date. (Now she's in the back of the line and has to wait another couple weeks.) Same thing happened two more times before she said it's not worth working with these people.

This morning a blatantly obvious drunk employee was driving their work truck to God knows where. He Whipped out in front of me from the buissness and drove in the incoming traffic lane for about 300 feet before moving back into the correct lane. The next couple miles he drove in the middle of the road with the median under the center of the vehicle, almost caused an accident because he wasn't in his lane and whenever he was he would pinball between the yellow and white lines. If he wasn't drunk then he absolutely shouldn't be driving.

I would not recommend my worst enemy to come here between incompetent employees and poor customer service.

Excellent pool contractor and retailer. I've used this location as well as the Vernon location (both excellent) Very knowledgeable staff, great selection of chemicals, supplies and repair parts all at a great price. Very happy with Juliano's!

Edit 7/7/2023 Poor communication between their service and accounting departments forced me to use another Pool company. Additionally, their service department damaged our liner forcing a recent replacement less than 5 years after replacement and they said it was our responsibility and voided our warranty. Definitely use a different Pool provider rather than these guys.
