We used Juarez Valley Meats for the first time and plan on having them butcher all of the beef we sell.
They cut to our specifications, which included 1.5" steaks. Competitive prices and and when they said the meat would be ready, it was ready!

They butchered a whole beef for me. I ordered inch and half steaks. Got home and found they were only cut to a half inch. When I called them, I was told, "Well, sorry." Essentially wasted $3000 because the butcher gave me something I would never order.
