Merritt & Company is the go-to place for reproduction needs in the New Haven area. In terms of quality, speed of production and customer service they are by far the best--there isn't even a contender. What really distinguishes them is the respect they show their customers. They're patient, accommodating and kind--qualities often lacking in their competitors. Their prices are rock bottom and the quality is top-notch. I lived in New Haven over a decade before I discovered them and it is refreshing indeed to patronize a place where everyone is so nice. If you live in New Haven, you know that's not always the case. The manager, Mario, will make absolutely certain you're satisfied and has on numerous occasions provided me with guidance and suggestions about particular projects that has significantly improved the outcome. In addition, parking is easy--there's always room; that, in itself, is a major bonus. I would recommend you check them out and am certain you'll never again go anywhere else. Plus they're only a couple blocks from Pepe's, Zeneli's and Sally's so you have an excuse to get a pie. Merritt & Company is the best at what they do in the city and far beyond--by a wide margin. Period.

Merrit Graphics in New Haven is by far one the best customer experiences I have had in a long time. They truly cared about the projects we have done together. Communcation to the customer is a priority for them and they have been flawless with me as a customer. Stop by to pick up some prints that a builder emailed in. Well the builder didn’t email them in but I had them in my inbox so they printed them super fast and had me on my way. Super nice and responsive. I always have my prints done at Merritt.
