I contacted Ahmad Mustafa with Jointech about Mid-day after finding a recommendation on FB. He contacted me late afternoon and picked up my laptop. He contacted me in the morning and returned the fixed and updated laptop mid morning the next day. He stayed with me while we turned it on. He helped me get Wi-Fi back, re-install keyboard and mouse, get Outlook back and several apps that needed to be put back on and upload backup. Very professional and reasonable price. I recommend him if you have computer problems. He does much more as well.
