Called for a price on a piece of metal. Did not receive quote as promised. Called back the next day to be told the piece I wanted was $180.00 but there is a $250.00 minimum. So pay $70 more for what I need or purchase something else I don't want or need? WTH

VERY UNPROFESSIONAL... I called several times over the course of a week and a half (no answer), so I emailed (got an error message when I tried to send.), so then I sent a message on facebook (saw my message 2 weeks ago and has yet reply.). For this reason I will NEVER choose jms as a metal supplier; Limestone Steel is further but the staff, customer service is GREAT.
