Everyone was really nice and friendly. We forgotten our money order when applying for our passport and they let us go make a money order in the nearby Safeway and come back. The building is also cool with historical items in it.

I drove all the way from Port Angeles to get a quick title and everyone there was super helpful. I was impressed by how eager they were to get everyone taken care of. Port Townsend is fortunate do you have them!

Waited 40 minutes while they helped 3 people. My turn and she goes to lunch. These people can be replaced by electronic kiosks salt a fraction of the price.
