My grandmothers car door would not open after a minor accident. She went to JDG to get an estimate to repair the damages. They had her estimate complete before she left, and they were able to fix the door enough so she could continue to use her vehicle. They scheduled her for repairs quickly, helped her get into her rental vehicle and helped her with the insurance process, she had no clue how to do any of this. We’re so thankful for all of them taking care of her and getting her vehicle back to her so quickly.

I needed body work done while I was on the other side of the rockies coming from GJ. JDG Auto Collision had a very reasonable quote, got the vehicle back to me quickly which was important being so far from Grand Junction. Hopefully I never have to be back, but if I did need to I would be back!

Took way too long every one was nice but took way too long and never communicating at all
I had to call them and they would tell me things at the last minute. Whoever they get parts from is basically ignoring them and then saying it’s another week because I heard them saying that about another customer while I was there. Now my bumper is now almost falling off. But every one was nice.

After months of supposed repair, many things are still wrong with my vehicle. Although the repairs that still need to be done were not sent to my insurance, I now have to take my vehicle to another shop to be corrected to the original state. My boyfriend noticed things that needed to be corrected, such as missing fasteners under the hood and the headlight bulb they replaced, which significantly differed from the original. Long story short, my vehicle was far from being repaired back to its original state. Due to their lack of communication and professionalism, my boyfriend went there in person to ask for documentation regarding the insurance estimate and a final invoice; they argued and refused to provide this paperwork. We talked to multiple collision shops in town, and all of them responded, stating that this is a red flag and that no body shop doing honest work should have any problem providing this. After bringing it to a reputable collision shop, we received confirmation that there were numerous issues, poor workmanship, and incomplete work. I will now take my vehicle to a new shop to correct and complete the job. Lastly, they were careless regarding cleanliness and left my driver's side full of dust. I highly recommend not bringing your vehicle here, as it was a terrible experience.

My jeep was in an accident. I reached out and within hours they had my insurance in the loop, and my jeep picked up. Within an hour of it arriving at the shop they reached out to let me know the next steps. Days and I had everything needed. Not only did they handle everything w the jeep, they handled my insurance... all while keeping me in the loop. I wish I could praise them higher than a 5 star! The level of customer service they offer isn’t heard of anymore! Often you think it’s just a shop, whichever is easy I’ll go to, but then it’s months and headache after headache w insurance or miscommunications, don’t make that mistake! Choose JDG Auto from the very beginning, you won’t be disappointed! Thank y’all!!
