This place is awesome, got here two days ago for a drop and hook...... Still here, I was tired when I got here , but I'm feeling well rested now. Street Parking on opposite side of road. C-Stop/Paid Parking 1 mile away.

MAKE SURE YOU HAVE 3/4 OR MORE OF REEFER FUEL, ALSO WASHOUT RECEIPT!
THEY WILL INSPECT INSIDE AND OUT OF TRAILER!

If you have a drop n hook here, you can request to put your name and number down for a call back to let you know when your load is ready. If you plan on dropping an empty here and waiting on load, call first. There’s a chance they are full and won’t accept anymore empty trailers.

I arrived at 12:30 am, for my 5:48am appointment. I was told from the guards that my load is not ready and I will be called when my load is ready. Didn’t accept my empty trailer because they were full. Ended up parking on the opposite side of the street and called it a night.

Got a message from my dispatch saying my load is ready at 10am, 10 mins later I got a call from the guard shack saying to come and get and my load.

IT WAS A HEADACHE ENTERING THE PLACE, BECAUSE OF HOW VERY SLOW THE GUARDS MOVE TO CHECK PPL IN AND OUT! LONG LINE! NOT TO MENTION WHEN YOURE INSIDE THE PLACE SO MUCH DUST FROM THE DIRT GETS KICKED UP IN THE AIR!

TOOK ALMOST AN HOUR JUST TO LEAVE THIS PLACE ON ACCOUNT OF TRUCKERS CUTTING IN FRONT OF ONE ANOTHER BECAUSE OF HOW SLOW AGAIN THE GUARDS MOVE TO CHECK YOU OUT AND GIVE PAPERWORK!

Need trailer washout receipt be4 allowed to enter. Arrived a few hours be4 our appointment time. Check in with guard shack and our trailer not ready yet. Gave them our information, suppose to call when ready (our not warn that they seldom call you so good idea to get their phone number). Dropped mt off to the right. Went to gas station down the street. Good taco truck (inexpensive) but want to charge you to park, so we parked bobtail next door.
Room to maneuver but male guard in the shack has attitude problem. The others are professional. Picked up load 2 hours later!

Every time we get a load here we are over weight on our drive and our steer axles. I don't know why the companies don't train their forklift drivers or the loaders how to stagger the pallets in a trailer! Rework is such a waste of time if the just do it right the first time!!!

I have come here to pick up loads for the past 2 1/2 years. Loads supposed to be preloaded. I have never had my load out of here be less than 15 hours late. I have done 34 hour resets here while waiting for my trailer to be loaded. If I demonstrated the level of incompetence that I see here when I drive truck, I wouldn't just lose my job, I'd lose my CDL. If you work for a company that gives you the option to reject freight, reject any load out of here. It is where productive weeks go to die.

Drop and hook.

Pulled in at 10:58 am for a 12 pm appt. Slow check in process.

DONT OPEN YOUR DOORS UNLESS THEY ARE BACK THEIR WITH YOU. THEY WILL SEND YOU TO REWASH IF YOU OPEN IT UP BEFORE THEY ARE WITH YOU TO OPEN UP THE DOOR.

After that they tell you what trailer your picking up & where to park your MT.

After you pick up they wil take 10 to 15 mins to come check you out at the exit and you will sign papers and get your bills.

Everybody I had an encounter with was nice, but nobody moves with any sense of purpose around here. DDT was said to be around 19:15, received a call that load was ready about 00:47. Drop and hook carriers need to be full of fuel and washed out prior to arrival, have receipt ready just in case. When waiting for your load to be ready, appears the only area you can wait is along the shoulder of the highway.

If you are prime inc don't bring your trailer in call first and see if your load is ready. Otherwise they will turn you around with the trailer until your load is ready.
