Make soldiers pull CQ duty during reception so they aren’t getting any sleep the day of their duty and have to report to in processing the following morning completely exhausted and receive no comp for that time in return. Should not be responsibility of NCOs in processing to pull a shift like this especially without comp just so that the actual NCO can get sleep. They get to go home at the end of their shift and we don’t get any time back whatsoever

One of the Sergeant E5 type was very disrespectful/ you unhelpful during my time here. To be more specific, I believe his name is SGT Martinez, when privates go up to this specific NCO for simply help or simple guidance because reception can be confusing to get through sometimes, I notice this specific NCO does not respond well to soldiers that need help, and that even if the soldier has just a few misunderstanding little to non, this NCO doesn’t respond well, and is very rude in which is unnecessary with typical confusions that soldiers have often coming to reception.

A hit or miss. Some Sargents are really cool and there are a few that are total jerks. I just appreciate the good leaderships and hope it could be improve.
