This company is awful. The owner is shady and lacks care for his staff. Gives his staff and new hires false hopes of a stable career, stable income for their families. Yet he will fire you even tho there is no justification for it, with no hesitation, no reason, no care for the damage and uncertainty it causes. This type of business ethic destroys the financial stability of families. He will not face his actions but has his other staff do his dirty work. I have no respect for an owner who can conduct business like that. Not to mention his current jobs and contracts they do have are very unorganized, faulting the purchasing companies for money etc when in fact it's coming from an unprofessional mismanaged group of inexperienced individuals who don't know their positions and what they should be doing. To many hands in the jobs it's causing money lose and time for those purchasing companies. Yet they try to imply it's not the wrong doing within his service. It's just wrong all around. I'm truly surprised an owner like this with a horrible work dynamic is still in business. This industry needs to be respected and the customers, staff etc need to be appreciated for the fact it's what builds a successful respectable company. He does not.

This business is very unprofessional. They just stop answering emails and messages when they want to avoid something. If you're looking for work, I wouldn't recommend this poorly ran place.
