Mr. Larson is so incredible with the work that he does. His showrooms – three floors of pianos of all shapes and sizes and colors is overwhelming! He has the best customer service in the business and after we spent an hour or two walking through, we settled on this beauty. He delivered it with care tuned it and taught us all about the way we should care for it. I can’t, emphasize enough how grateful we are for this beautiful piano. If you want quality time, information and assistance, go with Jazzmen.

Great service, knowledge, and reasonable prices. You will definitely be able to find a restored piano that's in great condition, or you can use their services to restore / tune an old piano in need of an expert to take a look at it. Highly recommend as using for a piano mover as well -- had them recently move a huge Parlor Grand piano and they did a tremendous job. They clearly knew the correct way to move it safely, and as a bonus, Ryan tuned it afterwards, painstakingly one note at a time. He provided tips on how to preserve the tuning for longer as well and recommended having it tuned once a year. I'll definitely be seeking his expertise in the future. Thank you so much, Ryan!

My boys outgrew their old piano and I was looking for a used piano to fit their needs. Ryan didn’t have any fit them at that moment but he gave me lots of suggestions on hunting for a used piano. I sent videos to him of the pianos I found and he gave me professional options. We finally found a piano that within our budget but with some issues, we bought it with Ryan’s assurance that it’s fixable. A month later after the piano settled in our house we asked Ryan to come over regulating the piano. He did a fabulous job and gave the piano a new life. My boys used to hate play on it because the piano gave all kinds of weird sound, peddles didn’t work properly and sticky keys. Ryan fixed all of them and they now love it! Great service and very reasonable price!

Ryan is very helpful and extremely knowledgeable. There are a lot of free pianos out there on the internet but you don’t know what your getting.
With Ryan, the piano is tuned, delivered and restored to its top quality and its all included in the price. We are just starting off with my daughter and he helped us find the perfect piano for her.
