Great bunch of folks who really care for their clients. Charles and his service team looked out for me on some old chains I took in to be sharpened. Made sure I didn’t use them because they were unsafe. Much appreciated! Front desk staff is always friendly and helpful as well. Great staff and great service! Highly recommended.

This is a great dealership in Burkeville, VA. I have had a great experience with the sales staff. I purchased implements there for my Massey Ferguson, and traded that red tractor for a Deere when I was having issues getting repairs and parts from my old dealer. The service and parts staff are great and friendly as well. The indoor areas are neat and clean and COVID-19 protocols are being followed. Looking forward to a lasting relationship with James River Equipment.

Very expensive belt for the John Deere 42A mower deck. The belt is about $80 and from an online dealer the exact same one can be purchased for half the price.

If it weren't urgent this would not have been my go to place for the mower belt.

Due to health issues I had decided to place my tractor on consignment with James River Equipment, who I originally bought the tractor from brand new. The tractor is a 2018 3038. I placed it there around Nov, 2018. On the 28th of May I went to pick the tractor up. Loaded it up and after tying it down, I left. Mind you, I live right at an hour from there as I was arriving home I got a call from the salesman saying he laid the keys on the trailer and they fell off in the parking lot. Wanted me to "swing by" and pick them up. Nearly an hour there, an hour back then "swing" back an hour then home. Nearly 4 hours chasing keys was not on my agenda. 28th went to pick up. Keys left. Told they would be put in mail that day. Tuesday after Memorial day, no keys. Told me they would send em again. Salesman called me and said he was at post office and sending the 3rd set. REALLY? I am more than willing to work with anybody but........and the saddest part is Steve Richardson, the store manager, supported the mailing of the keys 3!! Amazing!! Never again!!!!

This place is great! Have an awesome staff it's very helpful. The products that they sell are amazing. I mean come on it's a John Deere and nothing runs like Deere! I'd recommend this place for a name of your large agricultural equipment.
