I haven’t purchased a car from here but they have an exceptional service department. The team there is just great. I’ve spoken with almost everyone in there and regardless of my issue they really do take care of you. It may be a little out of my way because I don’t live in the Tyson’s area but I’ll definitely be back.

This is my 2nd Jaguar and today's visit not only mind about Jaguar but the customer service or lack there of was the worst I've ever had. My appointment was at 11am and it is blue 4:5 PM and I'm just leaving to get a block away and my tote tire lights come on. This was apart of my maintenance today but evidently I waisted money and time.
I was given my receipt and said you can pay. Didn't go over what was done or even if I needed anything. Alexandra needs training really bad. I called back and I guess because it was close to time to close they kept hanging up on me. I finally after the 4th time reached the receptionist who told me everyone was gone. Then she told me to call back tomorrow. I said so I'm just out of luck. She then said she could transfer me to sale but they don't handle that. Then came back to the phone and says she found Alexandra who was no help. She told me I could come back tomorrow if I wasn't close. Well she offered to wait. And said maybe you got a nail in your tire. I said from pulling down the street. I told her I spent all day in there I would not be coming back. You guess don't respect people's time. She said they are short staff. I told her it's call communicating and giving people options to wait or not but none of that was given to me. I was looking at a car for my sons graduation but it won't be a Jaguar or definitely won't be from that car dealership. If you don't car about waisting time and money you can't get back and getting nonchalant response and customer service feel free to go.

Our service advisor, Alex, was fabulous. Not only did she take care of our service needs in a professional, yet warm and friendly manner. She also took care of an issue with one of our keys that could have been very costly.

"Customer Care" team is a joke with their likely robo reply/fake "we care" response. I sent multiple emails about the issues and ZERO response.

I love the car I purchased but the experience was truly awful. It started when the salesperson was annoyed I asked for more than a 10 minute test drive and then was distracted with other deals and taking calls while I was trying to learn more about the car. He told me multiple incorrect details about what the car had or didn't have and I had to keep finding things our for myself. I overlooked because I wanted the car. I should have listened to myself and gone elsewhere because it only got worse from there. The finance guy tried to almost double my payment because he kept implying the CPO warranties didn't cover much but his third-party warranties with sky-high prices would provide protection. Then the service department was an absolute nightmare trying to get the repairs that were promised actually done. The service advisor I was assigned would never answer the phone, return calls or answer emails. It took me a over a month to only get some of what was promised and then I found out the salesperson lied about what they would do because the service department said it wouldn't happen. I guess they really don't care about customer satisfaction when you're only spending $70k.
To the "Customer Care" team - please don't bother posting some insincere "we care" reply because I have written to you twice with a very detailed account of my awful experience and you have yet to respond beyond the computer "we received your message" auto-reply.

During the service appointment I have nothing bad to say. Communication was great and I was updated on my car’s progress.

After I picked up my car, I noticed the two main issues I brought it in for were obviously not fixed what so ever (needed new wipers and to fix a squealing brake problem). My first contact went fine, they mentioned they would replace the wipers for free and look at my squealing again. But after I mentioned I was concerned that some of the other services that I was billed for might not have been completed (since my main two were not) and wanted to talk more about it, but I have not received a response in over a week.

Would really appreciate to get to the bottom of this asap since I have spent a lot of money for problems that are persisting .

I took my XK in to correct transmission issues caused by another repair shop - lesson learned, again, always use the dealership for your Jag. Mike and his team did a great job identifying potential causes for the various malfunctions, identifying least to most intensive corrective measures, and fixing it the first time for a FRACTION of what the other shop had already charged.

However, after picking the car up on a particularly stormy evening (Thursday 9/16), I didn't notice until the next evening that I needed to apply extra force to close the driver's side door (something I hadn't noticed while retrieving the car in the rain at night, since one's likely to close the door quickly to get out of the rain). I found that the bottom of the door had been crunched, either while letting the car down on the lift, with the open door resting on something on the way down, or while lifting the car with something between the lift arm and the open door.

I took the car back on Monday 9/20 to explain to Mike what had happened. He and his crew said that they couldn't have caused the damage, that swinging the door open into something wasn't possible because of the alignment between the door and the lift machinery. I did explain, and point out, that there was no contact damage to the paint on the outside of the door, and that the door had raised a quarter inch and strikes the door catch now. It's not a case of swinging the door open into something; rather, it's a case of applying enough upward pressure at the bottom of the door to bend it out of alignment (and crunch the bottom). I replied that I did not have the car in the air that weekend nor did I have the equipment to push the door up with that amount of force.

The car is better than it was, but I'm disappointed. The cause of the damage is undeniable; the door is raised a quarter inch and hitting the strike. The bottom edge of the door is notched where contact was made with something between the open door and the lift arm while raising the car, or from something on the floor while lowering the car with the door open. There is no outer door contact damage; neither I nor the shop swung the door open into something, this was done while lifting or lowering the car with the door open. I do not have the equipment, the reason, or the time over the weekend to use enough force to bend the door hinges up (and crunch the door).

The last two photos won't render on the Jag website; they're no larger than the other photos. I thought maybe it was the text I inserted, but no. The photos simply show the notch at the bottom of the door, and no outer contact damage to the paint other than cracking due to bending metal. See them on Yelp.

Ms. Kaouthar was most pleasant to me on my service visit today. I was having a very challenging morning to say the least. She has great customer service skills. She’s an awesome asset to your company.
